Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions describe the basic rules for accessing Omelion, using the platform, and connecting approved third-party services.
Use of the service
Omelion may be used only for lawful business purposes connected to recruitment, hiring operations, client delivery, and related administrative workflows.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the platform in a way that breaches applicable law or third-party rights.
- Use the service only with proper authorization and for legitimate business workflows.
- Keep account credentials and access methods secure.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, permissions, or usage restrictions.
Accounts and customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload or connect, for managing who is authorized to access their workspace, and for ensuring they have the right to use the data they place into the service.
If you connect third-party services, you represent that you have authority to grant the required permissions and to allow the related data to flow into Omelion for the requested workflow.
- Maintain accurate workspace, user, and authorization settings.
- Ensure connected data and user activity are backed by appropriate rights, notices, and permissions.
- Promptly remove or restrict access that should no longer be active.
Microsoft and other third-party services
Omelion may interoperate with third-party providers such as Microsoft. Those services remain subject to the provider’s own terms, privacy practices, uptime, and platform rules.
When a customer authorizes a Microsoft integration, Omelion uses the granted access only to provide the relevant workflow feature, maintain and secure the integration, troubleshoot issues, provide support, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
- Customers control whether Microsoft or other third-party services are connected.
- Omelion does not receive rights to use connected Microsoft data for unrelated commercial exploitation outside the service relationship.
- Service availability or changes at a third-party provider may affect related Omelion features.
Security, confidentiality, and access
Omelion uses measures designed to protect service data and limit access to authorized users and approved operational needs. Support or administrative access, where needed, is expected to remain controlled and tied to providing, securing, maintaining, or troubleshooting the service.
Nothing in these Terms removes a customer’s responsibility to configure users, permissions, and connected services carefully. Customers should review access, scopes, and workspace settings on an ongoing basis.
- Access should follow least-privilege and role-appropriate use.
- Customers remain responsible for their own downstream compliance obligations and internal policies.
- Reported security concerns should be raised promptly through Omelion support or contact channels.
General service terms
Omelion may update the service, refine features, or revise these pages from time to time. Continued use of the website or platform after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law and any governing contract.
If you need contractual terms tailored to procurement, security review, or data-processing requirements, please contact Omelion directly.
We can discuss service terms, security expectations, and customer-authorized Microsoft integrations in more detail.
